For a technical issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Keepsee version, and a brief description of what happened. A screenshot helps—please avoid including private family content unless it is needed.
Account and data deletion
Email us using the subject “Delete My Keepsee Data” and include the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Reminder preferences
SMS and WhatsApp reminders are optional. You can change your schedule or turn off the selected channel in the app. For SMS, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. For WhatsApp, turn off reminders in the app or email us to withdraw consent.
Default reminders are weekly plus month-end; frequency varies with your settings. Message and data rates may apply. Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the reminder program details.
